Access to reliable and clinically sound information can be be one of the biggest challenges when you experience a diagnosis of cancer, either personally or through a loved one. SMICS recommends your first source for information be your health care team, however Cancer Council Victoria is an excellent source of support and information.

WeCan is an Australian supportive care website to help people affected by cancer find information, resources and support services they may need following a diagnosis of cancer. The site provides easy access to the many excellent resources, services and information developed by other organisations who specialise in cancer and community support.
