reVIEW™ redesigning care program - Social Work

In 2015 SMICS staff provided professional development to Social Workers at Alfred, Monash and Peninsula Health by leading the reVIEW™ redesigning care program (Lean Methodology). The key initiative of this training program included the development of a sustainable and transferable change model utilising redesigning care methodology, which resulted in Social Workers refining processes and creating improvements in cancer patient care.
