This lecture will examine the consequences of disability for people with cancer and draw on patients' narratives to consider how to support them as capable, resourceful people while they contend with the work of dying.

Dr Gail Eva BSc(Occ Ther), MSc, PhD to present on cancer, disability and rehabilitation. Gail is an Occupational Therapist, and Research Fellow at the Nuffield Department of Experimental Medicine, and Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford, UK. She is also a Senior Lecturer in Palliative Care at Oxford Brookes University.
